My customer has changed their mind and wants to return their order. What do I need to do?

In the event that your customer would like to return an item after changing their mind, you must contact us within 28 days from the dispatch date. To request a return go to the Orders page in your Connect dashboard and click the three little dots next to the order and select 'Request Return'. You'll then be prompted to fill in a returns form. After submitting this form we will review it and respond to you with further information.
