How to Automap Product SKUs

Connect your listings to our products to ensure successful order fulfilment.


We recommend using our product SKUs when listing products as this will enable you to automap the SKUs in just a few clicks. If your SKUs aren't mapped it means that when an order comes in, our system won't recognise the SKU and the order will not be sent for fulfilment, resulting in a delay for your customer.


To automap your SKUs follow these steps:


  1. Go to Settings > Sales Channel Integrations and click the pencil to edit your selected sales channel
  2. Click the SKU mapping section and it will expand to show a dropdown menu, choose 'Download' and click SKU Mapping Tool
  3. A new window will open, on the left it will show all the products you've sourced and on the right it will show the products from your sales channel.
  4. In the top right hand corner in the 'Action' dropdown menu select 'Automap SKUs'
  5. This will automatically link your SKUs based on those which match and you'll see 'successful' notifications appear.
  6. Click the 'x' in the corner to close the pop-up window
  7. Click Save
