If you've tried to integrate your sales channel with our website Something Different Connect, but it's not working to import orders, here are some settings to check before reaching out to our Customer Care team
- In the Additional Settings of the integration here, have you toggled Stock Sync and Price Sync to on?
- Have you mapped your shipping services? Find out how to do this in our Set Up Guides
- If your sales channel is eBay, have you created a Listing Profile? Find out how to do this in our eBay guide.
- Another factor to note if you're using eBay - you will need to have a business account for it to be compatible with Connect.
- Wix and EKM require you to place a test order first, so that your delivery service can be mapped. Have you tried placing a test order, mapping your shipping and then placing another test order?
- If your orders are importing but they are not being processed automatically, have you set up auto-pay so that we can automatically take payment for the order and start processing it?
