How do I cancel an order?

Don't delay. As soon as an order is placed and payment is made, the order will be sent to be picked, packed, and prepared for dispatch. We therefore request that any cancellations are made as quickly as possible and preferably on the same day that you place the order with us so we are able to cancel the process.
