In the unfortunate event that an item has arrived damaged or is incorrect, you must contact us within 28 weeks from the dispatch date. To request a return go to the Orders page in your Connect dashboard and click the three little dots next to the order and select 'Request Return'. You'll then be prompted to fill in a form and attach photos of the damaged product. After submitting this form we will review it and respond to you with further information.
